Cancellations

You can cancel an order before printing starts. Write to us with your order number and we will cancel it and refund any online payment in full.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reprint and resend it, or refund you.

Custom and personalised prints

Custom prints from your own file and personalised items are made specially for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
